Our new conference building has a magnificent view of the Lapporten mountain - and so do you. A perfect setting for a group gathering - small parties, kick-offs or conferences.
Conference facts
From the restaurant or your hotel room, you walk straight over the courtyard to state-of-the-art conference technology, including broadband and a newly-equipped meeting room. If you decide to work in smaller groups, we can easily rearrange the space to create up to five rooms. As many as 50 people can be accommodated seated in rows. Please contact us for a quote that suits your specific needs and wishes.
Conference activities
Hikes, fishing trips, dog sleigh rides, helicopter skiing, peak trekking, skiing, ski mountaineering, climbing, biking and canoeing expeditions. Hikes in the National Park and along the Rallarvägen trail, with local Abisko characters telling you tales. A trip up Mount Nuolja - on the chairlift or climbing. A ride on a Rib boat on lake Torneträsk. The Rombak Tour down into the beautiful Norwegian fjord landscape. Join a grouse-shooting trip or crawl through the Kåppas caves. You are welcome to choose any of these activities, or contact us if you have something special in mind.
Soothing extras

Two-day conference with accommodation for two nights (price per person excluding VAT)
Day 1. Arrival at Abisko Mountain Lodge in the afternoon.Welcome coffee and sandwich, and conference. A two-course meal is served in the evening.
Day 2. Conference with a snow-blushed view of Lapporten cloaked in winter.
Coffee with a pep talk before the hike. After the conference, its time to pull on the snowshoes. Or try another kind of outdoor activity, maybe lunch out in the open air? The relaxation lounge is ready before the evening meal, with a hot sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Our restaurant serves a delicious three-course meal in the evening.
Day 3. Lie-in and journey home after lunch.
SEK 1995 for double-room accommodation in a hotel providing guest-house standard (price per person excluding VAT). Includes: Conference and coffee for two half-days, one lunch (outdoor lunch extra on request), a two-course dinner, a three-course dinner, relaxation lounge both evenings, hot tub one evening and two nights accommodation including breakfast.
